Join us for the 2008 CURE Patient & Survivor Forum, an award-winning two-day event that addresses issues faced by every cancer patient and survivor and covers a variety of topics, from the latest treatment information to survivorship and healthy living.

Starting with a national keynote speaker at Saturday morning’s opening session, attendees will hear expert speakers from all over the country shed light on issues of interest to all patients and survivors. A lunch keynote brings humor and inspiration, while afternoon breakout sessions address specific cancers, including breast, lung, colorectal, ovarian, lymphoma/myeloma, prostate, and more.

Afternoon breakout sessions look at psychosocial and supportive care issues, such as pain management, doctor-patient communication, couples issues, nutrition, advocacy, caregiving, and more. Experts will provide small-group discussions and one-on-one time, creating an intimate atmosphere where you can be open and ask questions.

A variety of exhibitors will provide information and materials throughout the day and an author’s reception on Saturday night offers you the chance to mingle with each other and talk one-on-one with our speakers who are also authors.

Sunday morning offers time for yoga, walking, or meeting new friends for breakfast before the morning breakouts, which add additional topics to the agenda. A final keynote late Sunday morning will send you home with inspiration, hope, and energy!
