Does any one have any advice for treating clear cell ovarian cancer? I seem to be Carbo/taxel resistent as I have tried that protocal twice with no success. I am now stage IV as it has moved to my lungs. Any Ideas....? Indiana LMN

I would say that the best place to get more info about current treatments is the Gynecologic Oncology Group at www.gog.org. They have all the latest research studies listed and I spoke with someone at the last conference who told me about the newest treatments for clear cell ovarian cancer. It is a very difficult diagnosis and she should be trying the latest research, getting in a study, and going for a consultation at the top teaching hospitals.
