I also believe I am still alive after a five year ordeal because I was so fit at 65 when things began. I too have made gut decisions on numerous occasions that were questioned by my wife and doctors. Most of my gut decisions were made because either that the proposed treatments did not seem to move towards making cancer a chronic problem or I felt to weak physically to do another procedure at that time. I have never stopped my pool aerobics even when I could barely get out of bed. I have attacked the problem with hope not fear and am inspired by your approach to your treatment and your continuing commitment to doing the exercise you love! Steve Kohn, San Diego.
