First of all, thank you for this article! I am 2 years (almost) out from chemo and often still experience fatigue and neuropathy. I have been a very active person and still try hard to play tennis several times each week and see a physical trainer once a week so you can imagine how difficult it is for me to be "sidelined". This article helps me understand I am not alone. It makes me realize these issues are not due to being 70 yrs. old. My husband always cautions me about doing too much but I just keep going like the "energizer bunny" until I can't handle daily tasks effectively. Well, this is one of those days so I am taking time out, whether I want to or not. This article emphasizes the importance of pacing myself and what I am dealing with is not all that unusual for a cancer survivor. Needless to say, I am most appreciative today for this further information.
