\r\n\r\nI have been through chemo therapy twice in less than three years for Chronic Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). I have been in remission now for 3 years.\r\n\r\nI too have Neuropathy also in my feet. It began with the first time I had chemo therapy.\r\n\r\nI don\'t know if the chemo caused it because approximately the same time I was diagnosed with CLL I was also diagnosed with Type II Diabetes.\r\n\r\nI have had control of the diabetes for nearly 6 years now by diet and have not taken metformin for nearly 5 1/2 Years.\r\n\r\nMy podiatrist prescribed shoes with inserts but to no avail.\r\n\r\nMy immune system was very unstable for several months after going into remission 3 years ago. I was given iron infusions for a while and began monthly injections of Vitamin B12, which I am still receiving plus I take a daily supplement of B12.\r\n\r\nI know the agony of attempting to walk short distances.\r\n\r\nHowever, I notice that within a few hours of the B12 injection the pain was gone. It does return within about two to three weeks and I eeagerly look forward to my next monthly injection. Three fourths of my life is now free of Neuropathy in my feet.\r\n\r\nI also discovered an exercise I can do with my feet propped up. I can achieve some temporary relief by \"pointing with my toes. This makes my foot bend at the ankles and bends my arch also. Doing this a few times gives me some astonishing short term relief. It is good during the night when lying in bed and the pain is there.\r\n\r\nHoping you are finding some relief as I have.View Original Post \r\n

Hi Edward. I will try the B-12.. I also spend a good amount of time with my feet up. I swim for exercise and that does help. Maybe circulation?
