The screening tools, resources and CME training created by the Supportive Oncology Collaborative are available for free for all healthcare providers. To learn more and request access visit https://www.supportiveoncologycollaborative.org/training-tools/. The Coleman Foundation's goal is to increase access to quality supportive care for all cancer patients. Providers who use the SOC tools will be asked to contribute to the research by filling out brief quarterly reports. Descriptions of the tools and resources are in the attached photos.
