Sprains and strains in ankle or any other place might be difficult to handle. Exercising and warming up before doing any physical activity like sports, dancing, running etc. is a great technique to avoid sprain and strains in ankle, legs, shoulders etc. The prevention of ankle sprain is very important. Minor sprain can become serious if not taken care of.
