I was diagnosed with Large B Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma a about 7 months ago. This after a number of months of test, biopsies, scans, etc. It was in the groin. It was mostly removed but I knew before that removal that chemo and radiation was in the future. I have had 3 courses of chemo. Chemo has it's hardships on all of us. Try it at 70 years old. The 3rd round was 10 days ago. I have had a sore throat, tasteless food, scratchy, small weight loss from it. It may just be getting better but by increments so small. I read that if it persists more than a week there may be an infection. Also the area where I had the super-port places is very sore beneath it. Could that be part of an infection. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. I wish well and hopes for all that might read.
