I have lung cancer. If I mention this to anyone the first reaction from people is the question on how I gave this cancer to myself. I'm sure most people reading this would have those questions on their mind as well.
Sadly, you only need a mutation and have lungs to get lung cancer.
Recently I was setting up an appointment for my chest ct and the person setting up the appointment was playing 20 questions about my smoking history. This is the first time in 10 years I have gone throgh this to set up an appointment. Anyone else regardless if it was a mammo or ct or any other screening?
