How to handle increasing incontinence as we age.

I am a 75 year old Prostate Cancer survivor 22 years out. I had a radical prostatectomy which left me impotent and slightly incontinent. A year later I had 35 external radiation sessions, followed by an orchiectomy a year later which stopped my cancer but left me with hot flashes. As I aged, my incontinence increased to the point where I had lost control almost completely. A year ago my urologist suggested I have an ARTIFICIAL URINARY SPHINCTER implanted. After researching the procedure, I had the implant and it has been the answer to my incontinence.
