I have worked my way successfully into a clinical trial but it was not without pitfalls. I wish women could find answers more readily without having to sift through such intimidating materials often without help. If the doctors aren't well versed on what's available, I wish there could be a person (maybe there is!) we could call who could walk us through all this so we an find out what our options are, understand them, and feel good about our decision. But in the event such a person does not exist, doing what Karen describes here not only will help you better understand your options when they are presented by your doctor, but they will also make you feel like you are a part of the team...because you are. Thank you Karen!
To me, the mind-body problem is an extremely important topic because it addresses the most fundamental essence of reality. Quantum physics has proven that physical form and non-physical information are entangled as a cyclic process: in-formation. You can't even talk about the process without giving "it" it's own form and name - the process is "it" (It is "the process" or I am "I am"). "Form" is an integral part of the process, yet it seems to be separate from the process because "it" actually "pops" when you look at it. Life is another name for the timeless, metamorphic process (which I call the "holomorphic process") that transforms nothingness (formless or "dark" energy) into matter at the quantum level and matter into quantum bits (qbits) of information by interaction as motion. The process continues in layers, transforming more dark energy into more bits of matter, separating these 3-D bits from the 2-D field, projecting them out as mirror images of the process. As holomorphic projections, they can reflect upon their "source" (the process) and allow their "self" to reunite with "it" as the mind. But if they (the projections) talk about it, they realize that talking is also the process that forms vibrations so they can only form circular patterns of reason that surround the "point" that they want to make.
The mind-body problem is only a problem because we, as macro-level embodiments of the life process, reflect on the process but cannot "put our finger on" the process itself. We name it "energy" and try to measure it but what we measure is the form (space) that "pops" so we conclude that the body must be all that there is. We separate "it" from the life process and collapse the process into bits that we quantify (or quantize) as units of time. That way we can account for change in the form of motion and ignore the process (wholeness). We focus on the parts that we can "wrap our arms around" and make decisions based on this lopsided perspective. Ironically yet tragically, this results in the growth of cells that are not in tune with the process that forms the healthy body. Fortunately, the life process is the creator of life and can restore health if only the body and mind can understand the metamorphic enough to trust it.
