In a small feasibility study, researchers at University of Rochester Medical Center were exploring what dose of omega-3 would be best for reducing fatigue in patients with breast cancer. What they found, however, was that the patients in the control group who were given soybean oil, which is high in omega-6, actually saw the most significant decrease in fatigue.
