I had called to get this service at our home place a little over a year ago. Unfortunately, no-one in our county is doing this as a service so those locally who are in treatment can't get free cleaning.

The company cleaning the house is also one that focuses on a business model for regular clients. Obviously, the houses do not stay clean forever for your customers to remind you every two weeks or once a month to clean their homes again. If you have a small stable of clients, you can earn some pocket money very good at it. Or to become a full-time operation, I'm sure your satisfied customers will be more than happy to recommend your services. The domestic cleaning business is perfect for word of mouth advertising.
