
Waiting for Spring

Cancer can be a kind of winter, an isolation, a loneliness. And it can also be an anticipation of new experiences and connections, and that is what this photograph is about. Winter has its own beauty but I’m looking forward to the snow melting off of our chairs and sitting with friends and talking and laughing and maybe crying.
