
A Brighter Day Ahead

While waiting for the diagnosis and confirmation of breast cancer, I began to keep a sketch journal. This is the first in that journal — it is an image that kept coming to me. It begged to be on paper. I find it uplifting and it gave me the hope and faith that I needed to face each day. It is made with markers on handmade paper.
