Sometimes it is easier to focus when you see something in front of you. In January, I created this piece in the hopes of visualizing my goals for the future, peace in the family, harmony, family and friends. In other words, don't sweat the small stuff, focus on the big picture. If it doesn't serve you, let it go. In the lower right corner, I drew the place I go to as an escape, when things are bothering me. It is a safe place that I love being in mentally or physically. Having survived breast cancer, it is really important for me to see things that are truly important in my life. When all is said and done I am grateful to be here and I make an effort to enjoy every day.
