If you love to laugh and enjoy April Fools' Day, then here's a great way to celebrate. Abolish Cancer has joined with the team from Chelsea Lately, including comedienne Chelsea Handler, for the 1-4/1 Cancer's No Joke campaign. The campaign encourages everyone to donate $1 to their favorite cancer charity today. The comedians have all posted videos explaining why they're fighting cancer. Check out Chelsea Handler's below.Abolish Cancer, which has led other viral campaigns to raise money for cancer charities, says, "The hope is to use comedians, especially on a day known for humor, to draw attention to a serious topic and raise money to fight cancer."
