At CancerCare, we understand that a cancer diagnosis can bring up a range of emotions and experiences. Hearing the words “You have cancer” from a doctor can be devastating and the period immediately following your diagnosis can often be chaotic. It is normal to feel stressed or anxious, but there are techniques you can use to help relax your body and calm your mind.

To complement our free, emotional support services for people with cancer and their loved ones, CancerCare has partnered with BodyMind Sessions to bring you the CancerCare Meditation app. The app aims to help people affected by cancer manage the symptoms of treatment, let go of anxiety, achieve deep, restful sleep and stay emotionally balanced.
