COA's Director of Patient Advocacy and Education Rose Gerber, MS,will be joined by Let's Win Founding Executive Director Cindy Price Gavin. Let's Win is dedicated to sharing information about pancreatic cancer, connecting patients with physicians and the latest treatments, and promoting the latest research around this disease.
Rose and Cindy will discuss the factors that make pancreatic cancer unique like its rarity and detection difficulty, resources that are available for patients, and how to support those experiencing the disease. They will also discuss spreading awareness of pancreatic cancer and what patients, advocates, clinicians, and others can do to make the journey through diagnosis and treatment easier.
