FORCE Virtual Community Support Groups Address Unique Needs

Article

The pandemic has changed everything — including FORCE support group meetings for those with, or at risk for, hereditary cancer.

The pandemic has changed everything — including FORCE support group meetings for those with, or at risk for, hereditary cancer. Until we can return to in-person meetings, there are no geographic boundaries, and anyone affected by hereditary cancer is welcome to attend our virtual community support group meetings via Zoom. No matter which virtual support meetings you attend, you will connect with peers and trained volunteers who understand what you are going through and the decisions you are facing. You will be empowered with information, resources and support in a safe, caring environment where you will meet new friends.

We have many different types of community groups which address unique needs and concerns regarding hereditary cancer. Choose from:

  • FORCE Community (general support meetings)
  • ASL
  • Caregivers/Parents
  • Español
  • LGBTQIA+
  • Lynch Syndrome
  • Men
  • People of Color
  • Previvors
  • Survivors
  • Young Previvors
  • Young Survivors

Search the online FORCE calendar to register for an upcoming meeting or event.
