The pandemic has changed everything — including FORCE support group meetings for those with, or at risk for, hereditary cancer. Until we can return to in-person meetings, there are no geographic boundaries, and anyone affected by hereditary cancer is welcome to attend our virtual community support group meetings via Zoom. No matter which virtual support meetings you attend, you will connect with peers and trained volunteers who understand what you are going through and the decisions you are facing. You will be empowered with information, resources and support in a safe, caring environment where you will meet new friends.

Stepping Up Again for Hereditary Cancer Prevention
February 25th 2023On Feb. 6, HB 2783 was introduced into the Arizona House. Hopefully this bill will help address some of the issues surrounding genetic testing, genetic counseling, and insurance coverage for those who might be at risk for hereditary cancer. My wife died of a cancer that was totally preventable. Nobody should die of a preventable cancer.
