Harmony Hill Retreat Center

Harmony Hill Retreat Center in Union, Wash., hosts several three-day cancer retreats throughout the year. The first session of 2015 will occur Jan. 6-8. The retreats feature daily support groups, drumming, yoga, guided imagery and other activities, in addition to whole-foods meals. Caregivers are welcome to attend. Harmony Hill also offers retreats specifically for women, couples, families and other special groups.
