CURE Magazine Launches #MoreThanAPatient Campaign

Article

At CURE, we know that you are so much more than your diagnosis. You are a mother. A neighbor. A mentor. A brother.

You’re #MoreThanAPatient.

That’s why we’re kicking off a new social media campaign inviting you to share your statements, photos, videos, art, and more on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #MoreThanAPatient.

Ran a marathon? Share your finish line photo with “I’m #MoreThanAPatient — I’m a marathon finisher!” Are you a parent? Share your favorite family photo with “I’m #MoreThanAPatient – I’m a father!”

When you share your story, you’re not just declaring you are more than a patient; you’re empowering others to think of themselves in a new light and spreading the message that cancer will not be the only thing that defines a person.

We’ll be periodically sharing your submissions on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts throughout the coming weeks, so jump in now by using the hashtag to find other stories and then share your own to keep the conversation going!
