We’re ending our #CURESummerSnacktime series with a smoothie recipe that’s sure to cool you down as we enter the last days of summer!

In addition to being high in antioxidants, this raspberry and mint smoothie can help soothe mouth sores or a sore throat associated with cancer and its treatments. Combined with flavorful raspberries and honey, the mint in this smoothie helps soothe upset stomachs, improves digestion and can ease nausea, too.

Raspberry Mint Smoothie Recipe

Raspberry Mint Smoothie Ingredients

Yield: 2 smoothies 1 1/2 cups cashew milk

1 1/3 cups frozen raspberries (10-ounce package)

2 tsp honey, adjust to taste

Juice of 1 lime

Small handful of fresh mint leaves

In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired. Enjoy!
