‘A Gem and a Wonderful, Caring Nurse’
A patient details how an oncology nurse made him feel better in more ways than one while undergoing cancer treatment.
I had come in for a doctor visit and was having a bad day, which led to me having a breakdown in the middle of the office. Glee McGinley, RN, was there to talk me through it and make me feel better. Every time I came in for a treatment or doctor visit, Glee would always take a moment to check in with me and make sure I was OK. She'd listen, give advice and just be there for any silly question or concern that I had. She truly is a gem and a wonderful, caring nurse. Maryland Oncology Hematology in Mount Airy is truly lucky to have her.
