Frustration

Frustration feels like a traffic jam inside my own body. Is this how cancer took hold inside of me? It feels like forever being stuck with all the words you want and need to say, but your throat won’t let them escape. It pushes my body into a fight-or-flight (betrayal) mode. Pushing back against this frustration is how I feel free - my strength and resistance. I am my own “white knight.
