AUGUSTA, GA (March 3, 2026) LiveLung, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting lung cancer patients, survivors, and their care partners, invites the CSRA’s lung cancer community to its educational meeting onTuesday, March 10, at 11:30 a.m. The free event, which includes a complimentary lunch, will take place at The Kroc Center- 1833 Broad St., Augusta, GA 30904.

This month’s presentation, “Getting Back to Daily Life: How Occupational Therapy Can Help,” will be led by Devon Williams, Manager Acute Physical Medicine OTR/L at Doctor's Hospital of Augusta. During this presentation, Williams will share practical, real-world strategies to help lung cancer patients navigate everyday activities with greater ease and confidence.

Williams earned a Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed advanced clinical training with supervised fieldwork across multiple care settings. She brings more than a decade of experience as an Occupational Therapist, working in both pediatric and adult environments. Since 2015, Williams has served as a Traveling Occupational Therapist, delivering flexible, patient-centered care in a wide range of clinical settings throughout Georgia and beyond.

The LiveLung Augusta chapter meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. Lung Cancer patients and their care partners can RSVP at http://livelung.org/meetings/augusta.
