HIGH POINT, NC- (July 29, 2025) LiveLung, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting lung cancer patients, survivors, and their care partners, invites the Triad lung cancer community to its monthly educational meeting on Wednesday, August 1st, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting, which includes a complimentary lunch, will be held at Courtyard High Point, 1000 Mall Loop Road, High Point, NC 27265.

This month’s featured expert speaker is Lindsey Causey, DNP, APRN, ANP-BC, AOCNP, Oncology Nurse Practitioner at Cone Health Cancer Center. Causey will present on the topic “Life After Diagnosis: Navigating Lung Cancer Survivorship."

Dr. Lindsey Causey is an Oncology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in patient care, specializing in oncology and family medicine with a current focus on breast cancer and cancer survivorship. Driven by her commitment to improve quality of care for oncology patients and her belief that "There is no greater gift than giving one's time and energy to help others,” Dr. Causey strives to equip each of her patients “with the resources and support to lead fulfilling and vibrant lives.”

LiveLung’s educational meetings provide valuable resources and opportunities for lung cancer patients, survivors, and their care partners to learn, network, and build community. Each meeting features an expert guest speaker who shares insights to empower attendees with knowledge and support.
