She underwent professional voiceover training and is currently an independent, contract writer in the process of building her copywriting business. She is also a (fairly recently) reformed health nut who enjoys reaching out to others in need of support.

Trevor Maxwell

Trevor Maxwell is a writer, speaker, PR consultant, and former newspaper reporter. He lives in Maine with his wife and two daughters. In March of 2018, he was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer and is currently on immunotherapy. Trevor recently founded Man Up to Cancer, a mission-driven company and online community designed to empower men -- and those who love them -- to avoid isolation throughout their cancer journeys.

Kathy LaTour

Kathy LaTour is a breast cancer survivor, author of The Breast Cancer Companion and co-founder of CURE magazine. While cancer did not take her life, she has given it willingly to educate, empower and enlighten the newly diagnosed and those who care for them.

Ryan Hamner

Ryan Hamner is a four-time survivor of Hodgkin lymphoma, a musician, and an award-winning author. In 2011, he wrote and recorded, "Where Hope Lives" for the American Cancer Society and the song for survivors, "Survivors Survive" used in 2015 for #WorldCancerDay. Recently, he published his book, This is Remission: A Four-Time Cancer Survivor's Memories of Treatment, Struggle, and Life, available on Amazon. His website is www.ryanhamner.com
