“The Next Step: Crossing the Bridge to Survivorship” > This online survivorship manual, published by Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center, is available online at lombardi.georgetown.edu/survivorship. A team of oncologists, nurses, social workers, and art therapists created the manual to provide information related to long-term follow-up and survivorship.
