Save the date! We invite you to join CURE for our next monthly #CureConnect Tweet Chat on Thursday, July 25, at 1 p.m. EST, when we plan on discussing the effects of cancer.
Each month, we host a #CUREConnect Tweet Chat to bring together patients with cancer, survivors, advocates, caregivers & treatment providers to promote collaboration within the community. The chats take place on Twitter on the last Thursday of every month, at 1 p.m. EST.

This month, we’re chatting about the impacts of cancer: physical, financial, psychological and more.

During the chat, we'll be asking the following questions (Q#):

Q1: Fatigue is one of the most common side effects of cancer and its treatment. How do you manage this sometimes debilitating problem?
Q2: The cognitive challenges that come with the cancer journey – sometimes referred to as ‘chemo brain’ – can be frustrating. Have you experienced this? How did you cope with it?
Q3: The effects of cancer often go beyond the physical. What are some psychosocial or emotional issues you’ve experienced as a result of your diagnosis or treatment? How do you deal with them?
Q4: Cancer affects not just the person who receives a diagnosis, but their friends and loved ones as well. How has cancer impacted your personal relationships?
Q5: Some individuals feel the effects of cancer well beyond diagnosis, after they have no evidence of disease. What late effects of cancer have you dealt with?
Q6: The financial burden as a result of cancer treatment is called Financial Toxicity. How have the costs of care affected you? What has helped you manage them?

Never participated in a Tweet Chat before? It’s simple!
