A new Dutch study shows that women with a BRCA1 mutation also have an increased risk of endometrial cancer, while women with a BRCA2 mutation have a risk similar to those without a mutation.

Hopefully this bill will help address some of the issues surrounding genetic testing, genetic counseling, and insurance coverage for those who might be at risk for hereditary cancer. My wife died of a cancer that was totally preventable. Nobody should die of a preventable cancer.
